Youth Race Program
Race Program
6 fully sponsored multi discipline athletes following a training plan 12 months of the year, scheduled practices are traditionally twice weekly.
Introductory Race Program
4 sponsored athletes in the Introductory program - in race training as well as our Development program. These spots usually go to athletes in their first year or to those who race only one discipline.
The Collingwood Collective race program is a cycling initiative to develop athletes in the Collingwood area.
We support youth athletes racing by providing them with coaching, race support, bike support and race entry fees. We provide a pathway to our sponsored race team through our Ready to race and monday night developmental program.
Race athletes do not pay to be part of our program, instead they pay back the community through youth coaching, trail work and racing to the best of their ability
100% of profits and donations go directly to youth athlete support
Collingwood Collective athletes partner with local organisations like CORC to develop youth program, support beginner riders and develop trails
Collingwood Collective athletes logged over 100 hours of volunteer trail work in the 2022 and 2023 seasons with over 200 race entries with all kinds of great success
All of our eligible teenage athletes have participated in training to become certified coaches. They will be supporting coaches in all pathway programs and at some CORC ride nights this season.
